Kindness Is a Gift that Is Worth to Share

Kindness is a gift that is worth sharing. Even if it's not understood and we don't receive gratitude back.

Practicing kindness costs nothing, but it changes things a lot. Acting with respect, giving courtesy, speaking with closeness and looking with empathy are gestures that define the magic of human connections, of those unique bonds that allow us to grow as humans.

The Kindness of Today

Perhaps in our day-to-day lives, we do not see many kind acts. Today's routines and societies make us lose those gestures of giving a seat, of attending properly, of listening to someone who needs it. It's all about being more receptive, about creating small changes in which we all win. Reflect on it!
Kindness is the language of respect and consideration, the pillow that cushions the ravages of life and that gift we offer through looks, words and small acts of everyday life.
Nowadays, there is no shortage of those who believe that being nice is a waste of time or that it means being weak. In our society, the person who is solicitous, kind and accessible is viewed with suspicion. Because most likely, of course, it is a "two-faced" person, who is only seeking personal benefit.
We have to be friendly and invite others to be so too, with small gestures, such as smiling at the waiter who served us coffee. Always give thanks, radiate that good attitude.
Be kind, be happy!
We must become aware and active agents of the change in attitude and focus.
