Strategies to Incorporate Emotional Education at School

The teacher can introduce the subject in the form of talks and debates, as well as through games or specific activities that serve to help children understand and communicate their own feelings and emotions. In these cases, the function of the adult is to listen carefully to what children express, to reinforce their responses and to help them understand their own emotions and those of others, while also learning to put themselves in the other's place, that is, to empathize.

Be kind, be happy!
Emotional education helps to develop emotional competencies, thus contributing to meet the challenges of life.
